Description
Description
The Hoshizaki IM-21CPE is a self-contained cube ice maker from the Hoshizaki Cube Icemakers series, producing up to 27 kg of large standard cubes per 24 hours at typical operating conditions (21 °C ambient / 15 °C water) and storing up to 11.5 kg in the integrated bin — making it a compact, ready-to-use solution for bars, cafés, small restaurants and hotel beverage stations.
Built in the UK and finished in stainless steel AISI 441, the IM-21CPE runs on a natural R290 refrigerant with a CO₂ equivalent of just 0.165 kg, and operates quietly at 51.1 dB(A) — suitable for front-of-house and counter installations where noise matters. Electronic controls with external stand-by and wash buttons, combined with automatic notifications for water circuit and condenser cleaning, keep maintenance straightforward for busy kitchen teams.
The unit ships with an installation kit and scoop, and is certified to CE, NSF, HACCP International and ISO 9001 standards. Optional leg kits and the 4HC-H water filtration accessory are available separately. A 3-year parts and labour warranty (subject to country agreement) backs every unit.
