Description
The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE is a self-contained, air-cooled cube ice maker from the IM CUBE series, producing up to 32 kg of large-format cubes (28 × 28 × 32 mm) per 24 hours under typical operating conditions, with an 11.5 kg storage bin. Manufactured in the UK and certified to ISO 9001, CE, HACCP International and NSF standards, it suits small bars, cafés, hotel serveries and compact restaurant stations where counter or under-counter placement is needed.
The machine runs on a standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply drawing just 0.215 kW, and uses R290 refrigerant — a low-GWP natural refrigerant with a CO₂ equivalent of only 0.195 kg. A magnetic DC variable-speed water pump with no direct coupling minimises leakage risk and supports consistent ice quality. The unit operates in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C, making it reliable in warm kitchen environments.
