Vitrum Two-Person Bar Station The Manhattan PL/BM.F.4.1-22, 2200 mm

The Manhattan is Vitrum's bestselling two-person bar station, designed with the input of professional bartenders as a complete system for running a busy bar service. The layout splits the work: mixology on the right, ready-to-serve drinks on the left, so two bartenders work side by side without crossing. Everything is built into a 2200 x 650 x 900 mm stainless steel counter section.

An insulated 770 x 407 mm ice well with removable dividers keeps several ice types separate, and a 290 x 370 mm sink with an integrated glass rinser sits where the bartender needs it. Below the top are a four-drawer refrigerator that doubles as a freezer down to -5 °C, a speed rack for bottles, pre-mix storage compartments, dishwasher basket storage drawers and neutral storage drawers. An organic waste compartment with a front garbage hatch and fully removable parts keep the station clean and quick to reset between shifts.
