Description
The Vitrum Bar Module The Manhattan is an integrated two-person bar station we manufacture for high-volume cocktail bars, hotel lounges, and upscale restaurants — all within a compact 2200 × 650 × 900 mm footprint. The station follows a deliberate workflow split: mixology on the right, ready-to-serve drinks on the left, so two bartenders can work simultaneously without crossing paths.
Every component is built in: an insulated ice well with removable, dividable dividers; a sink with integrated glass rinser; a four-drawer refrigeration unit that runs down to −5 °C; speed rack bottle storage; pre-mix compartments; dishwasher basket drawers; and an organic waste compartment with a front garbage hatch. The extended drip tray and fully removable parts keep cleaning fast between shifts.
