Description

The Saro GN 4100 TNG is a glass-door refrigerated counter for restaurants, commercial kitchens, preparation kitchens, takeaway outlets, catering and service areas, giving chilled storage with visual inspection through the doors on a stainless steel worktop. It has 4 self-closing, double-glazed glass doors, is suitable for 1/1 GN containers, and has 4 height-adjustable grids (328 x 530 mm) with matching support rails. Housing, interior and worktop are stainless steel; volume is 616 litres gross.

Cooling is forced air with automatic defrost, 60 mm insulation, an extractable compressor for cleaning, and digital temperature control (Dixell/Copeland) across +2 to +8 °C.
