Description
The Bravilor Bonamat Mondo is a commercial pour-over filter coffee machine designed for continuous high-volume service, brewing up to 18 litres per hour with a 5-minute cycle per decanter. Requiring no plumbed water connection, it installs anywhere — ideal for restaurants, hotel breakfast buffets, cafés and catering operations that need reliable, consistent filter coffee without infrastructure work.
The Mondo ships ready to serve: two glass decanters and a stainless steel filter pan are included, and the dual hotplates keep both decanters at serving temperature simultaneously. An audible and visual ready signal alerts staff when a brew is complete, while a dedicated descaling indicator takes the guesswork out of maintenance — keeping the machine performing at spec through heavy daily use.
Built with a stainless steel body and black accents, the Mondo's compact 195 mm width fits tight counter runs without sacrificing throughput. Drawing 2.14 kW on standard 230 V, it demands no special electrical supply, making it a straightforward addition to any front- or back-of-house beverage station.
