Description
The Saro VIVIA S 401 is a refrigerated counter for restaurants, commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets, preparation kitchens and service areas, combining chilled storage with a stainless steel worktop in a narrow single-door footprint. It has one self-closing door with a reversible hinge, one height-adjustable shelf (328 x 530 mm) with a matching support rail, and a net capacity of 73 litres. Housing, interior and worktop are stainless steel.
The evaporator is foamed into three sides for static cooling with a circulating fan, automatic defrost and Dixell/Copeland digital control, holding +2 to +8 °C. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.23 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 435 x 700 x 870-890 mm, net weight 38 kg.
