The Saro VIVIA S 401 is a refrigerated worktable with one solid door, designed for professional kitchens that need reliable cold storage integrated into the prep line. Holding a consistent +2 °C to +8 °C, it suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, and café operations where compact under-counter refrigeration is essential — its 435 mm width fits tight bench runs without sacrificing a full stainless steel worktop.

Temperature is managed by a DIXELL digital controller with automatic defrost, while static cooling supplemented by a circulating air fan keeps conditions even throughout the cabinet. The evaporator is foamed on three sides for efficient thermal performance, and the R600a refrigerant keeps the unit at energy class B with a quiet 41 dB(A) operating noise — a practical choice for open or semi-open kitchen environments.

The reversible door hinge and height-adjustable grid shelf add day-to-day flexibility, and the all-stainless interior and exterior construction meets the hygiene demands of commercial food preparation. Standard 230 V / 50 Hz connection makes installation straightforward.
