Description
The Saro FRAN topping station is a refrigerated preparation counter for restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets and bistros: three doors below a hinged lid that protects a 358 mm deep work surface, sized for seven 1/3 GN containers. Three height-adjustable grids (328 x 530 mm) sit inside on matching support rails. Housing and interior are stainless steel; GN containers are not included.
It holds +2 to +8 °C with static cooling assisted by a circulating fan, an evaporator foamed on three sides and automatic defrost, controlled by a DIXELL/Copeland digital thermostat. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.23 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 1370 x 700 x 870-890/1010 mm, net weight 102 kg.
