The Saro GN-60DTV (SKU 323-1220) is a combined ventilated refrigerator-freezer for professional kitchens, offering 258 L of total capacity split equally across two independent GN-compatible compartments — one holding -2 to +8 °C for chilled storage, the other reaching down to -22 °C for freezing. Forced-air cooling and automatic defrost keep temperatures consistent throughout both compartments without manual intervention.

Both solid stainless steel doors are self-closing and lockable, and each compartment is managed by a dedicated DIXELL digital controller for precise, reliable temperature management. The 60 mm insulation and low-GWP R290/R600a refrigerants keep running costs in check — combined draw is just 0.9 kW on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply. Four height-adjustable GN-compatible wire shelves per section give chefs flexible storage for full-size gastronorm pans.
