Description

The Saro SH 2500 is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants and hotel kitchens, holding up to 14 GN 1/3 containers in its cooled upper rail and a full 943-litre cabinet below. The 445 mm-deep granite worktop provides a durable, cool-to-the-touch surface for dough work, while the stainless steel housing and interior ensure hygiene and longevity through heavy daily service. Temperature is held between +2 °C and +8 °C via forced-air cooling controlled by a DIXELL digital controller, with automatic defrost keeping maintenance demands low.

The upper GN rail is covered by an energy-saving hinged lid divided at the upstand, reducing cold loss during prep. Inside the cabinet, four height-adjustable grids with support rails accommodate 600×400 mm baking sheets, and all four doors are self-closing for consistent temperature retention. The extractable compressor simplifies cleaning access — a practical advantage in busy kitchens where downtime costs money. The unit runs on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply and uses R290 refrigerant, making it compliant with current environmental standards. Note: GN 1/3 containers are not included and must be ordered separately.
