Description

The Saro 903 S/S TOP - 6 is a three-door refrigerated working table from the Saro Vivia S line, designed for undercounter food storage in restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations. With 251 litres of net capacity and a full stainless steel construction inside and out, it holds a stable +2 °C to +8 °C and fits neatly into a 1365 mm wide station as a direct prep-surface worktop.

Temperature is managed by a DIXELL digital controller, with static cooling assisted by a circulating air fan and fully automatic defrost — minimising manual maintenance during service. The environmentally responsible R600a refrigerant carries a GWP of just 3, and single-phase 230 V connection keeps installation straightforward in any standard commercial kitchen setup.

Three height-adjustable grids give flexible internal organisation across the three compartments, making this table a practical choice for butchery, pastry and garde-manger sections that need reliable cold holding within arm's reach of the prep line.
