Vitrum Refrigerated Salad Bar RSB 7GN, 7× GN 1/1, Single-Sided

The Vitrum RSB 7GN is a larger single-sided refrigerated salad bar for broader fresh-food menus and higher-volume service at staffed counters and buffet lines. Seven GN 1/1 containers (150 mm deep) sit in a ventilated stainless steel AISI 304 well held between +2 and +3 °C, with uniform temperature across the containers, LED lighting and tempered glass or acrylic protection above the food. The unit measures 2766 x 822 x 1396 mm.

Cooling comes from a single compressor unit on R290 natural refrigerant with a Carel electronic controller, air defrost and polyurethane insulation; input power is 966 W and cooling capacity 980 W on a 220–240 V single-phase supply, rated for climate class 3.

Body panels are powder-coated steel in RAL 9005, 7043, 3020, 6035, 5026 or 8016, with custom RAL colours available, and the worktop can be Corian, wood or plastic laminate, so the counter fits a hotel breakfast room, canteen, supermarket or deli as part of the interior.
