The Vitrum RSB 7GN is a refrigerated saladette counter designed for professional open-display service, holding seven GN 1/1 pans and maintaining ingredients at a steady +2 °C to +3 °C. Running on a standard 230 V supply at under 1 kW, it fits neatly into existing kitchen infrastructure without dedicated power provisions.
