The Vitrum 10GN-2S/10GN2SA is a refrigerated saladette counter for professional kitchens, holding up to 10 GN 1/1 pans and maintaining a precise working temperature of +2 °C to +3 °C — ideal for keeping salads, garnishes, and prep ingredients fresh during service.
Built for restaurants, hotels, cafés, and catering operations where counter space doubles as a cold-prep station, our saladette runs on a standard 230 V supply and draws just 1.68 kW, keeping operating costs low without compromising cooling reliability. The two-door undercounter cabinet provides additional chilled storage directly below the GN well.
