Vitrum Refrigerated Salad Bar RSB 10GN-2S, 2×5 GN 1/1, Double-Sided

The Vitrum RSB 10GN-2S is a double-sided refrigerated salad bar with two service zones of five GN 1/1 containers (150 mm deep) each, so guests or staff serve from both sides in buffets, canteens, hotel breakfast rooms and retail fresh-food areas. The stainless steel AISI 304 well holds +2 to +3 °C with ventilated cooling and uniform temperature across the containers, under LED lighting and tempered glass or acrylic protection; the counter measures 2110 x 1464 x 1396 mm.

Two compressor units on R290 natural refrigerant (2 x 0.15 kg) with a Carel electronic controller, air defrost and polyurethane insulation give an input power of 1744 W and a cooling capacity of 1680 W on a 220–240 V single-phase supply, climate class 3. Standard glass is fitted; an automatic glass lifting system is available as an option on this model.

Body panels are powder-coated steel in RAL 9005, 7043, 3020, 6035, 5026 or 8016, with custom RAL colours available, and the worktop can be Corian, wood or plastic laminate, so the counter fits a hotel breakfast room, canteen, supermarket or deli as part of the interior.
