Vitrum Refrigerated Salad Bar RSB 5GN-2S, 5× GN 1/1, Double-Sided

The Vitrum RSB 5GN-2S is a compact double-sided refrigerated salad bar for fresh-food presentation where guests or staff need access from both sides of the counter, such as staffed islands, buffet lines and smaller service areas. Five GN 1/1 containers (150 mm deep) sit in a ventilated stainless steel AISI 304 well held between +2 and +3 °C, with uniform temperature across the containers, LED lighting and tempered glass or acrylic protection above the food. The unit measures 2110 x 822 x 1396 mm.

Cooling comes from a single compressor unit on R290 natural refrigerant with a Carel electronic controller, air defrost and polyurethane insulation; input power is 872 W and cooling capacity 840 W on a 220–240 V single-phase supply, rated for climate class 3.

Body panels are powder-coated steel in RAL 9005, 7043, 3020, 6035, 5026 or 8016, with custom RAL colours available, and the worktop can be Corian, wood or plastic laminate, so the counter fits a hotel breakfast room, canteen, supermarket or deli as part of the interior.
