Description
The Vitrum Salad Bar RSB 5GN is a refrigerated saladette counter designed for professional cold prep and service, holding five full GN 1/1 pans and maintaining a precise working temperature range of +2 °C to +3 °C. Running on a standard 230 V single-phase supply at just 0.84 kW, it fits easily into existing kitchen infrastructure without dedicated high-load wiring.
We built the RSB 5GN for restaurant prep lines, hotel buffet counters, pizzerias and salad-focused cafés where consistent ingredient temperature is non-negotiable. Its countertop footprint keeps fresh toppings, dressings and portioned ingredients within arm's reach during service without consuming valuable floor space.
