Description

The Retigo O 623 PLUS is a 6 x GN 2/3 electric combi oven (convection + steam injection) designed for small restaurants, hotel kitchens, and café operations producing up to 50 portions per day. Running on 400 V / 3-phase at 5.0 kW, it uses boilerless steam injection for fast, precise humidity control without the maintenance burden of a steam generator.

Operation is managed through the Vision Controls 7-inch touchscreen, which stores up to 99 cooking programs and logs HACCP data directly on the main display — keeping compliance straightforward during busy service. The auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution across all six GN 2/3 trays loaded crosswise, while Active Cleaning handles automated oven washing at the end of a shift. USB and Ethernet/LAN connectivity allow program and pictogram management via the companion VisionCombi PC software.

The compact footprint installs on a standard stand, wall-mounted console, or countertop, giving it flexibility across different kitchen layouts. Double-glazed door glass reduces surface heat and heat loss during operation.
