Description

The Retigo O 1011i PLUS is an electric combi oven for professional kitchens, holding 11 × GN 1/1 trays and delivering up to 18.6 kW across a working temperature range of 30 °C to 300 °C. Boilerless direct-injection steam generation keeps the chamber responsive and maintenance straightforward, while four cooking modes — hot air, combination, steaming, and bio steaming — cover the full range of production cooking tasks. Suited to restaurants, hotels, central kitchens and catering operations handling 150 to 250 covers a day.

Control is handled through Retigo's Vision Controls system on a 7-inch touchscreen, with 99 programmable recipes included as standard. Seven fan speeds and an auto-reversing fan ensure consistent heat distribution across all rack positions, with the fan stopping automatically when the door opens. Active Cleaning is built into the base configuration, and an inbuilt heat exchanger (Water Saving System) reduces water consumption during steam operation.

The O 1011i PLUS can be stacked with a Retigo 611 or another 1011 unit, making it a practical choice where floor space is limited but output needs to scale.
