The Retigo O 2011i PLUS is a 20 × GN 1/1 electric combi oven from the Orange Vision Plus series, designed for high-volume kitchens producing 400–600 meals per day. Direct steam injection, seven fan speeds with an auto-reversing fan, and 99 built-in cooking programs give chefs precise, repeatable results across convection, steam, combination, sous-vide, drying, sterilization, confit, and smoking modes — all controlled via a 7-inch Vision Controls touchscreen.

The PLUS tier includes the automatic cleaning system and a trolley as standard, reducing setup costs and daily workload. Triple-glazed door glass and an AISI 304 stainless steel interior support durability and hygiene, while the WSS Water Saving System manages consumption across untreated and treated water connections. HACCP data logging via USB provides complete operating records for compliance audits.

The O 2011i PLUS suits busy restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, catering commissaries, and institutional food service where consistent output and documented food safety are non-negotiable.
