Description
The Pavesi Forni RPM 140/160 is a professional wood-fired pizza oven for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants and hotels, capable of holding 10–14 pizzas simultaneously and delivering throughput exceeding 120 pizzas per hour. Its monoblock refractory cement hearth and traditional dome construction are built for continuous service in demanding commercial kitchens.
Thermal performance is underpinned by a 150 mm microporous panel base insulation and a 100 mm kaolin blanket dome insulation, keeping heat locked in and the external surface at room temperature — safe for custom ceramic, glass or brick cladding applied directly with standard adhesives. An optional Avanzini Drago electronically-managed gas burner retrofit is available for operations that require fuel flexibility.
The RPM 140/160 suits established pizzerias and hotel restaurants seeking a permanent, high-capacity installation with the authentic wood-fired result that defines Neapolitan-style pizza.
