Description

The Pavesi Forni JOY 120 is a traditional wood-fired pizza oven for pizzerias and restaurants, handcrafted in Corlo, Modena, Italy, capable of baking 4 to 5 pizzas simultaneously. Its seamless monoblock refractory cement hearth — 7 cm thick and weighing around 250 kg — sits within a complete oven system weighing approximately 860 kg as shipped, retaining and distributing heat evenly across the cooking surface. The domed vault, built from refractory concrete rated beyond 1,200 °C, delivers the thermal mass and airflow characteristics that define authentic Neapolitan-style results. CE marked.

Designed for venues up to 40–50 seats, the JOY 120 runs on wood as its primary fuel, with an optional Drago D2 gas burner conversion featuring electronic temperature control for operators who need tighter consistency or faster heat management. The exterior metal framework is supplied in anthracite grey by default, and can be painted, plastered, or finished with mosaic cladding on request.

For high-volume pizzerias, restaurant open kitchens, and hotel dining concepts where the oven is as much a statement piece as a production tool, the JOY 120 combines Italian craftsmanship with practical flexibility, backed by Pavesi Forni's manufacturing experience since 1969.
