Description

The Josper HJX-Pro S80-T is a professional charcoal oven with an integrated table base, designed for restaurant, hotel and steakhouse kitchens serving up to approximately 80 covers per service. Built from cast steel in Spain, it reaches operating temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C on charcoal alone — no gas or electrical cooking connection required — and is ready for service in around 30 minutes. A single load runs for up to 9 hours, consuming 10–12 kg of charcoal per day.

The enclosed oven design cooks up to 40% faster than open chargrills, locking in smoke and heat for consistent results across meat, fish and vegetables. The 510 × 500 mm grill rack accepts a full GN 1/1 tray, while the self-contained table base brings the cooking surface to a practical working height. Each unit ships with two stainless-steel grill racks, an ash poker and a pair of Josper tongs, so the kitchen is operational from day one.

The HJX-Pro S80-T suits mid-sized à la carte operations that want authentic charcoal flavour without the footprint of a larger unit — a compact entry point into the Josper PRO-generation HJX range for chefs who make fire-cooking central to their menu.
