Description
The Josper HJX-PRO-S80 is a professional countertop charcoal grill oven for high-volume à la carte kitchens, combining the functions of a closed barbecue, grill, and oven in a single unit fuelled exclusively by wood charcoal. Running at 8.8 kW thermal output, it reaches working temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C and is rated for service to approximately 80 diners — making it the entry point of Josper's HJX-PRO line for busy restaurants, hotel kitchens, and steakhouses where authentic charcoal flavour is a menu differentiator.
A single charcoal load sustains up to 9 hours of service, with typical daily consumption of just 6–8 kg of charcoal, while throughput reaches 60 kg/h. Temperature is managed mechanically through eight lower-register air-intake apertures — no gas, no electricity for cooking. The unit is ready for service in around 30 minutes from ignition and ships complete with grill rack, spark-arresting diffuser filter, fire tongs, brush, poker, and smoke outlet assembly.
The HJX-PRO-S80 is available as a bare countertop unit or with an optional lower table, drawer, or warmer; all variants share the same oven body, specs, and 510 × 500 mm grill surface. Installation requires a dedicated extraction system rated at a minimum of 2,800 m³/h.
