Description

The Josper HJX-PRO Mini is a countertop charcoal broiler oven for professional kitchens, designed to serve up to approximately 40 covers per service. Built in Pineda de Mar, Barcelona, it runs exclusively on charcoal — no gas or electric backup — reaching cooking temperatures between 250 °C and 350 °C and turning out around 25 kg of product per hour once up to heat.

A single charge of charcoal sustains up to 7 hours of operation, consuming 6–8 kg per day, while the ±25-minute fire-up time fits a structured pre-service routine. Its compact footprint makes it a practical primary or supplementary grill for boutique restaurants, steakhouses, hotel kitchens, and upscale casual-dining operations where authentic charcoal flavour is a menu differentiator but floor space is limited. Each unit ships ready to cook with an inox grill rack, ash poker, Josper tongs, and a metallic brush.
