Description
Description
The Imperia Restaurant Elettrica (model RMN220) is an electric professional pasta sheeter made in Italy, designed for continuous fresh pasta production in restaurants, hotels, trattorias and catering kitchens. Its stainless steel rollers span 220 mm, producing sheets up to 210 mm wide at a throughput of 12 kg/h — enough to meet steady service demand without manual effort.
A monophase 0.16 kW motor drives the rollers at 45 rev/min, while 10 selectable thickness steps give chefs precise control over dough from fully open down to paper-thin. The chrome-plated steel body is compact and robust, fitting comfortably on a prep counter. Both smooth and rough roller variants are available, and the machine accepts a full range of optional cutter attachments — spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettuccine, lasagnette, trenette and capelli d'angelo — as well as a 1 kg kneader attachment, making it a versatile centrepiece for any fresh pasta station.
