Description
Description
The Imperia iPasta Limited Edition is a manual pasta sheeter for fresh pasta production, rolling dough to sheets between 0.2 mm and 2.2 mm across six adjustable thickness settings via a 145 mm chrome-plated steel roller. Made in Italy by Imperia & Monferrina S.p.A. — a manufacturer with roots going back to 1932 — it ships with a Duplex double cutter that cuts both tagliolini (2 mm) and fettuccine (6.5 mm) straight out of the box.
The machine clamps securely to any worktop via the included screw table clamp and runs entirely by hand crank, though it accepts the Imperia PastaFacile electric motor (sold separately) for higher-volume service. Optional attachments — RavioliMaker, MilleGnocchi and additional Simplex/Duplex cutters — let operators extend the format range without replacing the base unit.
Suited to restaurant kitchens, boutique hotels, cooking schools and café pasta programmes where consistent, freshly rolled pasta is a menu differentiator and bench space is limited.
