Description
The Imperia i Pasta Nera (model 119) is a manual pasta sheeter made in Italy, designed for rolling and cutting fresh pasta at a consistent quality across 6 adjustable thickness settings on 150 mm chrome-plated steel rollers. The black painted steel frame keeps the machine compact and bench-stable, making it practical for small restaurant kitchens, hotel breakfast operations, trattorias, and culinary schools where fresh pasta is made to order.
Out of the box it includes a duplex die for both tagliatelle and fettuccine, plus a solid beech wood rolling pin, beech wood scraper, and hand crank — enough to start producing lasagna sheets and cut pasta immediately. When volume increases, the machine is compatible with the Imperia Pasta Facile motorisation kit, and can be extended with Simplex or additional Duplex cutting dies, a Millegnocchi gnocchi attachment, and a Ravioli Maker.
