Description
Description
The Imperia iPasta La Rossa is a manual pasta sheeting machine made in Italy, designed for restaurants, hotels, and professional kitchens that produce fresh pasta in-house. Its chrome-plated steel rollers sheet dough to a 150 mm width across 6 thickness settings — from a thin 0.5 mm to a robust 5 mm — giving chefs precise control over texture and pasta style. The distinctive red-painted base and side caps make it a recognisable piece of Italian craftsmanship that holds up under daily service use.
Out of the box, the machine includes a duplex double cutter producing fettuccine (6.5 mm) and tagliolini (2 mm), along with the ability to roll lasagne sheets — three formats without a single additional purchase. The accessory ecosystem extends the range considerably: compatible Simplex and Duplex cutters, the RavioliMaker 3, and MilleGnocchi attachment cover a broad menu of fresh pasta formats. For higher-volume operations, the optional Pasta Facile 4600 motor connects via a universal guide bracket to eliminate hand-cranking entirely. Every component in contact with food meets food-safety standards, and the machine ships with a 5-year warranty.
