The Imperia PastaPresto (230V / 50Hz) is an electric motorised pasta sheeter from Imperia's Linea Classica line, designed for consistent, hands-free dough sheeting in restaurants, hotels, and professional catering kitchens. Built in Italy from stainless steel — body and rollers alike — it runs on an integrated solid-state motor drawing just 0.085 kW, making it compact and energy-efficient without sacrificing throughput.

The 150 mm wide non-stick coated rollers offer six thickness settings down to a fine 1.9 mm, and two built-in cutters — Tagliolini (2 mm) and Fettuccine (6.5 mm) — mean it produces finished pasta straight out of the box. At under 7 kg and just 230 × 270 × 280 mm, it sits comfortably on any prep counter, held in place by non-slip feet. When the menu demands more variety, the PastaPresto accepts the full range of standard Imperia cutter heads as well as optional accessories including the RavioliMaker 2, RavioliMaker 3, and MilleGnocchi attachments for cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, and rigatelli.
