Blast chillers & Shock freezers

Blast chilling turns one cook into many services — batch-cook, chill rapidly, finish to order, with food safety and texture intact. This collection covers blast chillers and shock freezers for HACCP kitchens, Coldline included. Plan them alongside your ovens — cook-and-chill works as a pair. Examples include Saro ATTILA, ODIN and URSUS units from 3 to 20 GN 1/1 trays, Coldline W-series blast chiller and freezer cabinets down to −40 °C, Maxima table and floor models from 3 to 14 GN 1/1, Tefcold BLC and BLCA cabinets for −30/+70 °C and Alpfrigo BC 90 and BF 90 cabinets.
