Description
Description
The Coldline W3UGS is a self-contained blast chiller and shock freezer cabinet for professional kitchens, holding 3 trays in GN2/3 format with a 51-litre interior capacity. Running on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply and drawing just 0.37 kW, it fits easily into tight back-of-house spaces without dedicated electrical infrastructure. The temperature range spans from +10 °C down to -38 °C, covering both blast chilling and hard freezing cycles in a single unit.
Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, the W3UGS is designed for restaurants, hotel kitchens, patisseries and catering operations that need reliable rapid cooling on a compact footprint. Adjustable stainless steel feet allow the cabinet to be levelled on uneven floors. Its free-standing, air-cooled construction requires no remote condensing unit, keeping installation straightforward.
