Description
The BLC range of blast chillers are widely used in professional kitchens when food needs to be cooled rapidly and hygienically. Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the colour, texture and taste of the food. Core temperature sensors included. Four different chill settings are pre-programmed into the programmable thermostats. Available in different sizes, all made in high quality SS304 stainless steel and dimensioned for GN and Euronorm sizes.
