Description

The Coldline W7U is a blast chiller and blast freezer cabinet for professional kitchens, holding 7 GN 1/1 trays across a 238-litre chamber and reaching down to −40 °C. Designed around the Coldline "Modi Up" platform, it covers the full preservation workflow: blast chilling, shock freezing, thawing, proving, holding, desiccation, chocolate tempering, and a manual cycle — all selectable from a single unit running on a standard 230 V supply at just 1.35 kW.

Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, the W7U suits demanding environments in restaurants, hotel kitchens, pastry labs and catering operations. The reinforced 4 cm worktop supports direct oven placement, keeping the footprint tight on busy lines, while the adjustable feet allow levelling on uneven floors. The chamber accepts up to 9 gastronorm basins or 9 ice cream containers per load, making it equally practical for savory production and pastry or gelato workflows.
