Description
The Coldline W35KU is a blast chilling and shock freezing cabinet designed for professional kitchens that need to rapidly cool or freeze freshly cooked food in compliance with HACCP requirements. Operating on a 400 V electric supply and drawing 9.82 kW, it drives temperatures down to -40 °C, making it equally capable of blast chilling to safe serving temperatures or hard-freezing for longer storage.
The cabinet accepts standard GN 1/1 trays, fitting seamlessly into the workflow of restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and central production facilities that already work with Gastronorm equipment. Its wide operating range — from -40 °C up to +10 °C — means a single unit handles both blast chilling and shock freezing cycles without compromise.
