Description
The Coldline W10U is a blast chiller and blast freezer cabinet from the Modi Up series, designed for rapid temperature reduction of cooked foods in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and pastry production. Its self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system brings food from +65 °C down to safe chilling or deep-freezing temperatures as low as -40 °C, covering both blast chill and hard-freeze cycles in a single upright unit.
With a 367-litre interior accommodating 10 GN 1/1 tray positions, the W10U suits high-volume service kitchens that need to process full gastronorm loads quickly without a remote condensing unit. The cabinet draws 4.12 kW on a standard 400 V three-phase supply and is manufactured in Italy by Coldline Srl, Torreglia.
