View full details

Description

The Wiesheu Minimat 43 S is an electric convection in-store baking oven for retail bakeries, cafés, petrol station forecourts and supermarket bakery counters, drawing just 3.1 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply. Three sideways-loaded tray slots handle 440 × 350 mm formats, and a temperature range of 30–250 °C combined with integrated pipe steaming lets operators bake and finish a full range of pastries, bread rolls and snacks in one compact unit measuring 600 × 772 × 550 mm.

The Minimat 43 S ships in two control variants: Classic (manual on/off, timer and temperature dials) for straightforward counter-top use, or Comfort with a digital interface supporting 32 programs of up to 20 steps each, USB programming and a pre-programmable auto start — useful for consistent results across shift changes. The configurable door hinge (right- or left-hand), optional safety lock for customer-facing placement, and choice of castors or fixed feet give buyers flexibility in fitting the oven into existing layouts. Units are modular and stackable within the Minimat 43 series up to 1,850 mm, allowing capacity to grow without a larger footprint.

  • Two fan speeds and integrated pipe steaming with tank or fixed water connection
  • Double-glazed, insulated door; safety thermostat protects the baking chamber
  • Suitable for ambient operating temperatures from 10 °C to 40 °C
