Description

The Smeg ALFA43X is a professional electric convection pastry and baking oven for bakeries, patisseries, restaurants and hotel kitchens, delivering 3.0 kW of fan-assisted heat across a temperature range of 50–250 °C. Its four tray positions accept GN 1/1 trays, making it straightforward to standardise with existing kitchen equipment. The stainless steel exterior and enamelled cavity are built for daily professional use, and adjustable feet keep the unit level on any counter surface.

Control is kept practical with mechanical knobs — a thermostat and a 0–60 minute timer with continuous-run option — so operators can set and monitor bakes quickly without navigating complex menus. The drop-down double-glazed door and interior halogen light give a clear view of product at any stage of the bake, reducing the need to open the oven and disrupt airflow. At 32 kg and a compact 602 × 584 × 537 mm footprint, the ALFA43X fits comfortably on a prep bench or dedicated oven stand where space is tight.
