Description

The Smeg ALFA43XE is a professional electric convection pastry oven for countertop use, delivering fan-assisted baking across four shelf positions with a temperature range of 50–250 °C and 3.0 kW of power. Built in Italy from stainless steel with an enamelled interior cavity, it fits comfortably on a prep counter and suits artisan bakeries, patisseries, hotel breakfast operations and café kitchens that need consistent, even baking without a full-size deck oven footprint.

Workflow efficiency is central to the ALFA43XE design: 40 cooking programs — 38 of which are fully user-editable — plus a dedicated delayed-preheat slot mean production schedules can be locked in and repeated reliably. The double-glazed door with clip-open inner glass makes cleaning straightforward, and the halogen interior light gives a clear view of product colour without opening the oven. Adjustable feet keep the unit level on any counter surface.
