Description
The Saro ISABELL is a stainless steel cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail counters, built for the chilled presentation of cakes, gateaux and desserts on several levels. Double glazing runs on all four sides, and four chrome-plated rotating shelves, spaced 100 mm apart with a 382 mm diameter, can be switched on and off separately. LED interior lighting on two sides is also independently switchable, and the door and controls sit on one side for easy integration into a counter run.
Digital temperature control, forced-air cooling and automatic defrost hold a display range of +2 to +10 °C, and the cabinet runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.230 kW connection with R600a refrigerant. External dimensions are 470 x 528 x 655 mm, and net weight is 52 kg.
