Description
The Saro MAXIME AV is a cake display cabinet with a wood-effect housing for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments, with a 300 litre gross capacity (169.8 litres net) across two height-adjustable glass shelves. The top shelf measures 770 x 311 mm and the bottom shelf 770 x 371 mm, both lit by four separately switchable LED strips. Double glazing covers all four sides, and a 2-part sliding door at the back keeps service away from the customer-facing glass.
Digital temperature control, forced-air cooling and automatic defrost hold +2 to +8 °C, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.470 kW connection with R290 refrigerant. Internal dimensions are 840 x 585 x 640 mm and external dimensions 900 x 680 x 1200 mm including the four castors, two of which brake; net weight is 127 kg.
