Description
The Saro SARINA is a round cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments, with a 100 litre gross capacity across three height-adjustable glass shelves 390 mm in diameter, spaced 168 mm apart on a manual rotating mechanism. The housing is plastic with a stainless steel front, and double glazing with LED interior lighting on two sides, independently switchable, keeps the display clearly lit. The door and controls sit on one side.
Digital temperature control, forced-air cooling and automatic defrost hold +2 to +8 °C, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.210 kW connection with R600a refrigerant. External dimensions are a diameter of 480 mm and a height of 1030 mm, and net weight is 50 kg.
