Description
The Saro SARINA is a round upright pastry showcase for patisseries, hotel buffets, cafés and restaurants displaying cakes and chilled desserts, with a 100-litre capacity and a compact cylindrical footprint of 480 mm diameter × 1030 mm height. Forced-air cooling with automatic defrost keeps the cabinet between +2 °C and +8 °C, protecting product quality without manual intervention.
Three height-adjustable round glass shelves, each 390 mm in diameter, sit on a manual rotating mechanism so guests and staff can view the full display without opening the door. Double insulating glazing minimises condensation and heat gain, while dual-sided LED lighting — independently switchable — lets you tailor the presentation. Digital temperature control and R600a refrigerant (Energy Class C) keep running costs low on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply.
