Description
The Saro MATILDE is a black stove-enamelled steel cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments, with a 100 litre gross capacity (71 litres net) across three adjustable glass shelves measuring 390 x 390 mm. Double glazing and a self-closing door keep the display sealed between visits, and LED interior lighting on two sides is independently switchable.
The cabinet is rated for climate class 4, with digital temperature control, fan cooling and automatic defrost holding +2 to +8 °C. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.210 kW with R600a refrigerant. Internal dimensions are 435 x 435 x 656 mm and external dimensions 480 x 480 x 1030 mm; net weight is 50 kg.
