Description
The Saro HD 100 is a countertop sausage warmer using a water-bath (bain-marie) heating method, designed for continuous hot-dog and sausage service in cafés, snack bars, food stalls, and hotel buffets. Drawing just 1.0 kW at 230 V, it heats via an electrically warmed water tank and holds temperatures up to 110 °C, keeping sausages evenly warm and ready to serve without drying them out.
Built from stainless steel and weighing 8 kg, the compact footprint fits easily on any service counter. A simple mechanical on/off switch with indicator light and an adjustable thermostat give operators precise, reliable control with minimal training. The unit ships complete with a grill grid and a removable lid, so it is ready to run straight out of the box.
