The Saro Hot Dog Cooker (article 172-1060) is a countertop sausage cooking and warming unit designed for continuous service at snack bars, stadiums, convenience stores, hotel buffets, and catering operations. Its stainless steel housing and glass cylinder construction keep sausages visible and appetising while the adjustable thermostat — running up to 110 °C — lets operators dial in precise holding temperatures with immediate feedback from the indicator light.
Drawing just 1.0 kW at 230 V, the unit is economical to run and compact enough at 280 × 260 × 420 mm to fit any service counter without sacrificing throughput. At 8 kg it is easy to reposition between service points, making it a practical choice for fast-casual restaurants, sports venues, and event catering where consistent hot dog presentation matters.
