Description
The Saro CS-100 cooks hot dog sausages and keeps them warm for restaurants, takeaway counters, canteens and buffet service. The stainless steel housing carries a glass cylinder on a stainless steel basket, so the sausages stay visible and within reach, and the adjustable thermostat with indicator light sets the holding temperature from 0 to 110 °C.
It connects to a 230 V socket at 50 or 60 Hz and draws 1 kW; external dimensions are 280 x 260 x 420 mm and net weight is 5.5 kg.
