Description
The Saro HW 1 cooks hot dog sausages and keeps them warm for snack bars, restaurants, canteens, event areas and mobile food-service operations. The stainless steel housing carries a glass cylinder, and an adjustable thermostat with control lamp sets and monitors the holding temperature from 0 to 110 °C.
Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.45 kW; external dimensions are 320 x 300 x 393 mm, net weight 6 kg. The wider HW 2 with four bun-warming bars can be selected above.
