The Saro LYRIA is a countertop sausage and hot-dog heater designed for fast-service restaurants, snack bars, food trucks, and catering operations that need a reliable, hygienic way to keep sausages and hot dogs at serving temperature throughout a busy shift. Built entirely from stainless steel, it draws just 0.9 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz and holds product at any point between 30 °C and 85 °C, giving operators precise control over food-safe holding temperatures without overcooking.
The LYRIA's practical hinged lid makes one-handed access fast during service, while the included stainless steel grid keeps sausages elevated and evenly warmed.
