Description
The Saro Model HD 200 is an electric sausage warmer for foodservice operations, running on a standard 230 V supply and drawing 2.0 kW through two independent 1 kW heating elements for even, controllable heat across the water bath. Temperature is adjustable from ambient up to 100 °C, and a simple on/off switch with indicator light keeps operation straightforward for busy counter staff.
Built from stainless steel and supplied with a grate, the HD 200 suits snack bars, stadium concessions, convenience stores, food trucks and any high-volume hot-dog service point. A built-in drain tap makes end-of-day cleaning quick and tidy, minimising downtime between shifts.
