Description
The Saro GPK 400 is an electric griddle for restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations: a smooth, ceramic-coated plate with one heating zone, heated from 50 to 300 °C, for directly preparing meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other fried products. A splash guard runs along three sides and the grease collector lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply drawing 3 kW, external dimensions 400 x 460 x 250 mm, net weight 15 kg. The larger GPK 600 and GPK 800 can be selected above.
