The Saro PADUA is a tabletop electric smooth-top griddle (fry-top) for professional kitchens, delivering 2.4 kW across a hard chrome-plated steel cooking surface with a temperature range of 50 °C to 300 °C. Its compact footprint makes it a practical addition to counter space in restaurants, hotel kitchens, cafés, and catering operations where consistent, even searing is required.
The hard chrome-plated worktop distributes heat uniformly and is straightforward to clean, while the integrated splash guard and removable grease tray keep the work area tidy during high-volume service. A safety thermostat provides reliable overheat protection, and the stainless steel housing stands up to the demands of daily professional use. Running on standard 230 V / 50 Hz, the PADUA requires no special electrical installation.
