Description
The Saro GPK 410 is an electric griddle for restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations: a grooved, ceramic-coated plate, 390 x 400 mm, with one heating zone and variable temperature adjustment from 50 to 300 °C, for directly preparing meat, fish, vegetables and other fried products. A ceramic splash guard runs along three sides, a safety thermostat is built in, and the grease tray lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply drawing 3 kW, external dimensions 400 x 460 x 285 mm, net weight 21.5 kg.
