Description
The Saro GPK 800 is an electric griddle for restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations: a smooth, ceramic-coated plate split into three heating zones, heated from 50 to 300 °C, for directly preparing meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other fried products. A splash guard runs along three sides and the grease collector lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on a 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase supply drawing 6 kW, external dimensions 800 x 460 x 250 mm, net weight 29 kg. The compact GPK 400 and the mid-sized GPK 600 can be selected above.
