Description
The Saro GPK 600 is an electric griddle for restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations: a smooth, ceramic-coated plate split into two independently controlled heating zones, heated from 50 to 300 °C, for directly preparing meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other fried products. A splash guard runs along three sides and the grease collector lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on two separate 230 V, 50 Hz circuits, each drawing 2.25 kW, external dimensions 600 x 460 x 250 mm, net weight 23 kg. The compact GPK 400 and the larger GPK 800 can be selected above.
