Description

The Saro BALDUR S 900 is a stainless-steel saladette refrigerated preparation counter designed for high-volume prep work in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations. Holding temperatures between +2 °C and +8 °C, it keeps ingredients fresh and ready at the pass, while the polyethylene cutting board worktop gives chefs a clean, food-safe surface to work on directly above the unit.

The top accommodates 2x 1/1 and 2x 1/4 GN containers up to 150 mm deep — with other combinations possible — accessed via a telescopic sliding lid that keeps contents covered when not in use. A foamed-in evaporator on three sides and static cooling with a circulating air fan ensure even, consistent temperatures throughout, managed precisely by a DIXELL digital controller with automatic defrost. At just 2.372 kWh per 24 hours and 42 dB(A), the BALDUR S 900 is both energy-efficient and quiet enough for open-kitchen environments. Note: GN containers are not included and must be ordered separately.
